For years, I built a demanding career in IT operations and help-desk support, diagnosing complex technical problems and managing strict workflows. When I made the pivot to digital media and design, I worried my unconventional journey meant I was behind. I quickly realised my technical background wasn't a detour but my secret weapon.
While volunteering for a non-profit, I saw firsthand that purpose-driven brands don't just need to look pretty. To secure multi-year funding and win major contracts, they need clear communication, organized data, and a cohesive visual identity that commands immediate trust.
